Hi, My name is Matt and this is my Network Image blog. I’m a student at Anglia Ruskin University studying Media. This isn’t the first time i have created a blog before, i have created 2 previously, however these blogs were strictly school college work based and essentially covered all the stages in pre-production, production and post production in a couple of projects. I have used WordPress before, for my year 11 blog and for my 6th form blog i used blogger.

Right.. More about me, well I enjoy using most computer software relating to media, i have mainly focused in the past on video editing (Sony Vegas, Premier Pro, Final Cut) , but i am expanding onto Photoshop and InDesign…
The work that i am most pleased with is strangely, an early piece of work that i did (in a group) back in the first year of 6th form. The task was to create an opening for a thriller, this was the result (achieving an A grade):
My chosen theme for this blog is ‘Journey’. (Not the band I might add). I will be using this idea as a basis for the compulsory tasks in the module.
After Uni i want to go into the field of media, but where exactly, i cannot say – i’m hoping this course will help me narrow down my options.
I might add more on here at a later date if i can think of anything else… but it is unlikely that i will put a photo of me up as i can only do the derp face in photos.
